  • Great class but if legs or back are super tight then don’t do this

  • Whole body gets movements and stretch, some arm stuff, and def leg burn a bit

  • Good intermediate core work. Some fun differe poses and movement.

  • Great mental imagery. Medium paced. Some more advanced poses in here

  • Really good mix of mental and physical good feelings. Bit of leg burn and tiny amount of upper body. Whole body gets movement. Nice breathe cue at the end about open both nostrils up.

  • Worked up a sweat, great mental flow, lots of good leg openers, some upper body, plank a fair amount

  • Lots of lower leg holds, reall great for tight lower back, normal amount of chautaurunga

  • Challenging but very rewarding leg work
