Excellent class, i haven't done floor pilates in a while and was happy to see some of the classic and innovative moves and that band/obliques move, wow!

Fun and creative core-strengthening poses! Also love the neck stretch at the end. Would recommend adding in some stretch/relaxation for core and gluteal muscles at the end after the intense work out.
