What a lovely presence! I feel soooo relaxed!
After a full day of flying and a week sleeping in a hotel bed, my upper back and shoulders were not happy. This was a fantastic and relaxed stretching routine that was perfect. I’ll be sharing with my husband as well because he frequently has back problems and this could help him stretch out in the evenings. Very calming and relaxing.
