Flow to Slow
This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

A nice, slow flow with some nice strength work/balance work and a relaxing yin piece in the last 15 minutes or so!
This was a fantastic way to stretch and relax. My mind and body got active, and I loved the "telescope" visualization to help bring good form to one legged down dogs. This was my first class watching Josh's video, and I will definitely be back for more.
