Flow to Slow
This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

My heart has been heavy lately and I've been maybe on the brink of burn-out at work. This practice was medicine for my soul. I felt the tears coming and the space to let them fall. As others have said, it's a very nice evening practice after a stressful day or just prior to rest. I don't have blocks but was able to make do without them using other similar items or just floating. Thank you Josh for your presence and your practice and the space you give for us to come as we are.
I have done this practice a few times now, Really enjoyed, I appreciate Josh’s clear instructions, the pace, and use of imagery. Feeling very relaxed and calm at the end.
I've come back to this class 3 or 4 times now, and it's lovely every time. Thank you Josh.
Lovely Sunday class! I love your imagery - "A drop of water on a blade of grass."
