I've been looking for ways to practice side crow safely, as I've only recently started attempting it. I love this video- got a great stretch in and also felt ready/warmed up for side crow at the end.

Although I can't get into side crow YET. This is the perfect class for a mom of two who is crunched for time. This class offers a warm hatha flow that is perfect for an end of the day workout.
Will be doing this class again!!

I have tried for years to get to Side Crow and just thought it wasn't in the cards for me. Through Rachel's methodical and thoughtful building to the pose, I was finally able to do it. It was only on one side, and it was an ever so brief second, but I did it! I feel a sense of accomplishment. Two of my very favorite things about yoga is that the grace is in the process, not the goal, and that each time we come to our mat , it's a brand new experience. Thank you, Rachel, for clear and gentle guidance!
