Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

Your classes always leave me feeling centered and balanced, Rachel. I especially love the way this builds perfectly into crow and side crow. It's great for days that I'm feeling a little low on energy or need a recovery day, but still want to challenge myself enough to draw my focus in.
