In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This felt wonderful in my body. I'm fighting off a cough/sore throat and have been feeling a bit down lately, but this practice brought a much needed spark of joy to my day. Thank you, Crista! I think my only critique was that eagle arms was only done on one side and not the other, but otherwise it was perfectly marvelous!!

Gold. I loved the lion's breath in wheel. Such a nice addition to the pose. And so much fun.
