The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Seriously, I have waited all January to start this Challenge, as I had first committed to the 30 Day New Years Challenge. (Which is also really good!!) And if this first class is any indication of what the next 13 days will bring, I was correct in my excited anticipation! Thank you Crista! And Lion's Breath in WHEEL?!?!? LOL. The best.
