The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

What a beautiful class. Am really loving being guided by the elements. Looking forward to working through the challenge.
I really liked the "flow" and tempo of this class. Crista did a great job keeping things moving at a nice pace without being overly rigorous. She also kept the breath instruction very consistent which helped me achieve some of the poses. Overall this style of yoga is exactly what I look for. Will definitely explore her other classes. Please send any suggestions if you know of similar style/tempo of classes. Thanks Crista!
