The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I've had a bumpy couple of months and haven't practiced much at all so I thought I would set myself this challenge to get my life back in balance. This first practice felt incredible most physically and mentally - cannot wait to continue on. Thank you.

I was a bit hesitant to try this challenge as I have not been practicing as much as I need to be in the past few months. I thought it might be too much for me. But I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I enjoyed the explanation of the elements and how they shape our body and movements. I loved the lions breath. While I may be a bit sore tomorrow, I will continue with this challenge.
