The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Wow, that wrung me out in the best possible way! I liked Crista's invitation to pay attention to which movements/elements felt best, and to notice how all of the individual elements felt. Thanks for this gently challenging practice!
