I do a lot of Tracey's intermediate classes. This class was definitely more of a challenge with all the single leg holds. A great stretch, but felt like more strength than wringing out and decompressing.
Note: the speaking introduction lasts until past 3 minutes, and movement doesn't begin until past 7 minutes. I expected more flow from this practice from the title, but it is mostly stagnant, long-held poses--more like a yin practice. Even savasana is longer than many classes here. Otherwise, it's an excellent practice for deep stretches in hamstrings if that's what you're looking for.
