oh heck yes. This is a great flow; it's challenging enough to feel awesome when it's done. i have lower back issues and this was amazing for all the little muscles around my lumbosacral area. The cues for how to improve positioning are excellent. Thank you!!
A different class, took me out of my comfort zone which is a good thing however the poses were a little long for me.

I wasn't sure about this class the first time I practiced it because it's not one of Tracey's usual Vinyassa Flow classes - it's a Hatha class. After having practiced it 2 more times though, on days that Hatha yoga feels right, I am finding it most enjoyable and beneficial. Thank you
I had skipped this class when beginning the 22 day program thinking it would be too intense. I returned to it today, feeling ready for it. I'm very grateful I did. It is intense but also rewarding and a real wringing out. Thank you!

Wow, I did this at 10pm after a tiring work day and feel juicy and alive, the twisting was challenging a new way; I didn't have the ?outer hip? strength to hold some of the standing twists the whole time but was able to do some of everything... The blocks were useful. I feel truly flushed: not overheated, but wrung out of my fatigue. Thank you.
Difficult start but shall try day 2.
I'm fairly new to yoga so this was a little stressful/frustrating in trying to process all of her instructions and watch moves. Challenging but I was able to keep up most of the time. Great stretching and def. finding areas that need to strengthen up.
They often suggest watching the video first. I know you can do it! Keep it up!

I have returned to this class twice. I find it very centering. There is a problem with it, it drops away at about 28 minutes and about 38 minutes and gives an error. 🙏
This is a great one! My video crashed at about 41 minutes for some reason. I had to restart it. That happened during another class recently. I don't know if it is the video or my computer...
Challenging in a different way since the poses are held so long! Wonderful stretches and calling on internal strength. Thanks for your graceful touch, Tracey! Perhaps this practice would be better named "detox and HOLD" since there is less movement than a typical vinyasa practice.

Great class today. Liked the slower pace yet challenging poses. Appreciated the gentle tips on alignment and form that you sprinkled in. Finally, appreciated the discussion of the intention and challenge at the beginning, and invitation to stay longer in shivasana at the end.
I did this session two days ago. I found it challenging and somewhat difficult although I did the whole class. I'm proud of myself for completing it. My left leg (possibly sciatic) "talked to me" quite a bit for two days following it. It was the long hold on the last peak pose that did it. I think it's telling me that I need to do more of that and to condition gradually. Thanks Tracey for the challenge.
The description should mention that this is the 1st class in a 22 class series. The exercise practice does not begin until around 4 minutes and will end around 48 minutes.
I appreciated your slow flow today. I had big toe fusion in October and have not done much yoga since. I am working on how to figure out transitions. I will probably never be able to do high lunges. I am able to do one-legged planks and am working on beginning to put the surgical foot down while doing Down Dog. I appreciated the slowness as I figured out how to get into the poses. Thank you. I always love your classes, Tracey.
