Excellent fluid movements in this class and my lower back pain disappeared! But the volume on this video is very low (unlike the other DoYogaWithMe videos), so I found myself looking at the screen more often than normal to get visual rather than aural cues.

Great class with movement that is more challenging. I liked how Ron called fumbling in a balance move dancing. He gave me confidence to try the challenging moves and dance.
