This was a lovely and relaxing beginner class. I find it to be a perfect recovery practice after a day spend holding a chair to the floor. Not too strenuous or taxing - just delicious stretches and a hint of challenge in some of the standing balances. The video does move a bit quickly from time to time - I found I wanted to go a little slower in places. But that doesn't really detract from the benefits of the practice. Great job Ron and DYWM!

Ron is fun, but not only that this video is very therapeutic if you have to sit a lot during the day..it woke my body right up today! Thanks this is fun and I think it could be modified for any level of practice
