Ron Stewart's gentle Hatha yoga class is at the top end of beginner, gentle yet challenging. His voice is very soothing and relaxing. Invigorating poses and relaxing voice- a great combo!

I absolutely loved this. New and interesting variations and a lovely pace and flow. After too many classes I found effortful and uncomfortable (not on DYWM!) the movement and flow of this sequence is wonderful. Will definitely be looking out for more classes by Ron...
