Ron pushes the limits of a beginner hatha yoga class with this fun, challenging flow. His dancing background forms a strong element of this class, so get ready to move and explore your body in unique ways. Foot balances, backbends, twists, forward folds and lots of great openers for the legs, hips and shoulders make this a very satisfying hatha yoga flow class. Enjoy.

What a perfect practice to start my new year and my journey back into yoga after a broken foot and a long illness last year! Thank you, Ron, for your wonderful guidance in this gentle practice.

The yoga itself was the right level for me today and I particularly enjoyed Ron's pace and style of coaching... But "delicious reclining pose" made my, day, loved the language. Thank you, will seek out more of your classes : )

This has been my first class of 2016. Beautiful routine that has left me feeling relaxed and ready to bring in the new year. If only it was a bit longer! :)

A feeling of yum. Whole body release after the tension of running in the cold wind.

Thank you.

This was a lovely and relaxing beginner class. I find it to be a perfect recovery practice after a day spend holding a chair to the floor. Not too strenuous or taxing - just delicious stretches and a hint of challenge in some of the standing balances. The video does move a bit quickly from time to time - I found I wanted to go a little slower in places. But that doesn't really detract from the benefits of the practice. Great job Ron and DYWM!
