Melissa is my favorite yogi so far. Great at what she does. All her videos are awesome! Been doing yoga on this sight every day for the past month. As a Marine and combat veteran I have tried a lot of things to help with my issues and this site has changed my life. I feel better than I have in the past few years since I came back from Iraq. I only wish Melissa had more intermediate videos, because her Beginner videos are the best. Thanks Melissa!
I was directed to this website when asking around about yoga videos, this was the first video I came across that was of the time frame I needed and I think I am definitely sold on this website now! Excited to try Melissa's shoulder video tomorrow.
