..and a little too short. Solved it by doing first the Beginners Yoga for shoulder strength, then this one. Perfect! Will do again indeed! Great teacher!

I really love this practice ! It's simple and yet very effective.
And this tree pose tells me that my 10+ ballet years didn't go to waste :)

Thank you so much for this video. I have only tried a few so far but you are my first to go into favorites. I loved the bridge and the legs especially the transition from left leg to right it flowed so nicely. My daughter did this with me and loved the leg portion to.

Thank you Melissa! Your teaching helped me really tune in and achieve a full lower body workout (instead of powering through using only major muscles) and it feels great. I'll be doing this class regularly.

Just want to say that I've been doing Melissa McCleod's classes every morning for a couple of weeks and I'm loving them. Her voice is so clear and authentic and easy-going, her directions are great and I always come out feeling really grounded and uplifted. More classes from Melissa please!
