I didn't know what I was doing and it messed me up in a good way. felt feelings I've never felt. good stability work I need more of. def will check out more of her classes.
This is a fun class that packs a lot into 25 minutes. If you're doing it as part of the Power Into 2022 Challenge and haven't done any Pilates before, you might benefit from watching it through first or watching one of the Pilates Fundamentals videos on the site.
