I've never done the pilates classes on the website before, and I am sure very happy that this class came into the challenge, even if at first I was a little "meh", when I saw it. Kathi is super fun, gives good explanations and this routine is short and really efficient.
It is sure maybe a little hard for beginners or for people who never did pilates before, so the previous recommendation to watch it before doing it might be good.
Thank you so much DYWM for mixing it up. I am really looking forward to the practice each day. I love the fact that they are all different and just challenging enough to keep me working but not too difficult. Just right.
Wish the challenge would stick with yoga. This was way to fast and hard to follow.
