Kathi made Pilates so fun and accessible! Even though I typically stick to yoga, I really enjoyed and benefitted from this class!
So happy I read the comments. Kept my laptop handy and moved it as I went so I was able to follow. Lovely class and I just don't do enough pilates.
This was surprisingly challenging and fun! I enjoyed the exposure to pilates esp as part of the 2022 Challenge. 🌈
