This was fabulous. I usually practice yoga so this was a wonderful introduction to pilates and has encouraged me to explore Pilates more. Thank you!
Fun little workout. It's not so different from yoga (terminology and focus is different but it's really not that difficult), don't be put off by the bad reviews.
The instruction felt too fast for someone unfamiliar with Pilates... not sure why this class is part of the yoga challenge. Though there are similarities, Pilates is not yoga.
I had forgotten how much I loved Kathi's pilates prompting during practice. She is so clear and gentle, yet I definitely had a wobbly belly now! perfect
