Really enjoyed this Pilates class - I found the explanations clear and easy to follow.
It's a very long time since I've done Pilates so it was challenging - but Kathi's explanations very clear which helped

Simply did not enjoy, not even a little bit. Very hard to follow, cueing wasn’t enough for me.
