The Mind Leads and Cloud Hands

In this class, you’ll be introduced to the Tai Chi principle of Yi (intention) and how we use that to move your energy. You’ll learn deep relaxation drills as well as the two Tai Chi flows, Brush Knee Push and Cloud Hands.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as the final day of An Introduction To Tai-Chi series.
