Comments
This class is awesome, I’ve never done Tai Chi but am sidelined from more active yoga by a knee and elbow injury and this was perfect. Love the joint lubrication - it really helped. I’ll be taking all of Gabriel’s classes and look forward to them. I hope to see more of Gabriel’s Tai Chi classes soon!🌈
I really appreciate the detail Gabriel gets into with his instruction. I find a lot of tai chi videos just have the person doing movements for you to follow along to, but they don't get into how to relax your body and really feel the movement. These 3 videos are great and I look forward to more!
AMAZING
Felt the energy as electricity when it was done. Will be a repeated video :)
I absolutely loved this class! Looking forward to exploring more Tai Chi!
