Overall a really great class, however I felt for Beginners it was just a tad fast in the middle areas. I really enjoyed it and it got me very warm and the teacher did a great job with wonderful form. Thank you

This is a good morning class, too - not just for after work. It's a great hip and shoulder stretch. The pace allows for beginners and more experienced yogis to adapt this to their own pace.
The length is just right for a quick morning rev up.
I believe the stretches would also be amazing for after work!!

This was the first class I'd used on the website and absolutely loved it. Thank you very much.

This is my first class. A late night class unfortunately but a great way to begin. I've been training and running so quite tight but this class helped me to isolate some key areas to stretch.

Thank you!

I did this as a morning class and really like the pace for the morning. It allowed me to tune in and feel the stretches. I like how there is room (and verbal direction)in the poses for some free style movement/exploration.

I loved it! It was exactly what I wanted for a yoga routine to really help me unwind from an intense workout at the end of a long day of sitting. Thank you!
