14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day One
Day one of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge is the perfect way to start. Fiji's pace is manageable for anyone, giving you time to transition and prepare for each pose, particularly the deeper stretches and the foot balances. The vinyasa flow is easy to follow and very satisfying, and the class finishes with floor twists, hip and lower back openers and a sweet savasana. Click here to go to Day Two.

Thank you so much for this program, Fiji! I have been practicing for about a year, 3-4 times per week, so I'm looking forward to the challenge of practicing every day for the next two weeks. This first class was just the right pace, not too vigorous but with a good mix of strengthening and balancing postures. The deep hip opening at the end was wonderful! I am so grateful for Do Yoga with Me!
I love Fiji's videos and this is one of the best. The way she speaks emanates peace and wisdom. Her classes are so good for my body and soul. You guys should get a peace Nobel prize for sharing this videos to everybody in the world for free. Keep it up this way. Thank you from Italy!!
Oh Fiji - can´t live without your classes anymore!!! You have made me discover yoga 3 years ago and now I am back on the mat again after a 1month pause. What a great idea to start the new year with this challenge. Lesson 1 was perfect. Can´t wait to continue with class 2 tomorrow :o)
