Day one of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge is the perfect way to start. Fiji's pace is manageable for anyone, giving you time to transition and prepare for each pose, particularly the deeper stretches and the foot balances. The vinyasa flow is easy to follow and very satisfying, and the class finishes with floor twists, hip and lower back openers and a sweet savasana. Click here to go to Day Two.

After procrastinating over the past weeks on when best to start this journey with Fiji, I finally got started today... and what an amazing class to start with. As other commenters have said, this is the perfect beginners/intermediate class - feeling the heat through the poses without ever feeling as though it was out of control. I can't wait for days 2 to 14... and then to start it all over again. after all, it's a life journey... thank you Fiji for putting so much into making these classes so rewarding.
After practicing mostly more static Hatha yoga for many years, I've decided to work on more flow in Vinyasa style classes. This was perfect for me - not moving too quickly, but still enabling me to move through poses with my breath and feel the energy of dynamic movements. Thank you.
I've been doing the beginner videos on this site for about two months now, and decided that it was finally time for me to start intermediate level classes. This seemed like a perfect opportunity to do so, and this first class was wonderful. I definitely felt challenged, but never lost or like I might hurt myself, and now, at the end, I feel strong and calm. Thanks, Fiji!
