14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day One
Day one of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge is the perfect way to start. Fiji's pace is manageable for anyone, giving you time to transition and prepare for each pose, particularly the deeper stretches and the foot balances. The vinyasa flow is easy to follow and very satisfying, and the class finishes with floor twists, hip and lower back openers and a sweet savasana. Click here to go to Day Two.

I felt so good doing the challenge, and after a couple of days rest, I've decided to start over. Just to see if I felt a difference. I did today. Slightly more unbalanced, but stronger never the less. Thanks! :)
You have become part of our family Fiji! We all get up at 6.30 every day to do yoga with you. I cannot believe you got my husband to do yoga AND get him up at this hour of the day. The children join too, although comment a lot on your outfits (!) and the pace in which we follow what you do. "TOO SLOW!"
Lots of love from Amsterdam!
Awesome instruction! Great workout at the end of the day.
Joining the 14-day practice a little bit late as I first had to make time into my schedule to enjoy it fully but... Wow, the first class was truly amazing :)
As a beginner-intermediate, I just needed to leave out one or two poses but I was able to move freely along with Fiji into the poses, and the whole experience was truly soothing and freeing. So much looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow!
