Day one of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge is the perfect way to start. Fiji's pace is manageable for anyone, giving you time to transition and prepare for each pose, particularly the deeper stretches and the foot balances. The vinyasa flow is easy to follow and very satisfying, and the class finishes with floor twists, hip and lower back openers and a sweet savasana. Click here to go to Day Two.

Most enjoyable. Starting on a Sunday is an additional challenge, but also a perk!

This class was excellent. A nice combination of challenging and relaxing. I'll be revisiting this even after the 14 day challenge is over.

Day one was a perfect first class to begin 14 days straight of yoga, Fiji! It was challenging at times, but not so challenging that you think you may be sore the next day. I love how it's mixed with deeply satisfying stretches that you held long enough to feel the bliss, and a nicely -paced vinyasa flow that is never too quick.
