I always find it hard to do yoga at home but had no trouble at all with this video!

The day after the attacks here in Brussels, I decided to start this challenge with Fidji. Initially it thought it would just help to focus on something else and be good to release the tension and feel the love! So this first class has reached all these objectives but has also put a big smile on my face :-) Thank you Fiji, your are so pro, creative in the moves, so peaceful and so motivating! I have already done many of your classes but on this special day, i really need to leave a comment and say THANK YOU ! Your work is helping the world being a better place and is making me happy. Only that ;-)
