This class focuses on strength and balance. Fiji's strong vinyasa flow is peppered with power poses, foot balances and near the end, arm balance poses like firefly (tittibhasana). This one is very fun and you'll leave the mat feeling bright, strong and full of energy! Click here to go to Day Six.

My favorite day so far: I loved the creativity of the flow sequences and I even learned two new poses! After over 10 years of yoga, I finally feel like this 14-day challenge is taking me to that next level that I could never get from my local, beginner-focused yoga classes.

I loved the pacing and flow of the class. Great balance between flow, strength, and stretching. So, so lovely. Definitely worth repeating this one even after I finish the 14-day challenge!
This class felt wonderfully challenging, stretching my practice to new places with the forearm balances. And also beautifully rounded, a offering a great range. I don't feel like I am done with it. Thank you Fiji.
Great medicine for the shoulders. I didn't even know how much tension I had in my shoulders, but this one found all the spots and gave them some love. Good strengthening poses too. Best of both worlds, thanks to Fiji :)
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years now and this class had me going whaaaaat?! haha this is a wonderful class and a great 14 day challenge that I recommend for everyone!
Great shoulder practice with lots of variety in the stretches. I'll keep working on my crow pose, but I will get there.

What an enormously fun and rewarding class! There aren't many repetitions, which I personally love - the entire class kept me on my toes (and hands!). Fiji is an excellent teacher, and today I found myself able to do crow pose and firefly pose for the first time with relative ease. This class is definitely one that I'll be returning to when I want to waken up my arms and shoulders. A truly lovely experience.
Such a great class to gain stability in my shoulders. I was struggling with my balance in crow for the longest time, but after today's class was finally able to balance in it for a good 5 seconds !

This is one of the most beautiful classes I have ever done. I felt a happiness and presence in a way that I have not felt in a long time upon completion. My shoulders, which I struggle with are so open and filled wth space and grace now. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Namaste.
Absolutely loved this class doing the 14 day challenge for the second time however this is the first time I have actually managed to do 5 days in a row - as with my work schedule it is a bit challenging at times to find the time. I can really feel the strength building up in the shoulders and even more so my balances are getting so much better quickly - and todays practice made we work up a quite a sweat but just loved it as it was so energizing. Thank you !!!!!
The description of this class is so right on! It was challenging, but fun!! In all my years of yoga I had not done Tortise pose and boy did that feel great and hadn’t done Fire Fly pose in years and that was fun. It was fun to attempt it and then to actually allow my legs to go out and fly and then I was flying so much that I fell backward on to my butt!! Crow pose has been a long time goal of mine and it seems to be a tough one for me. I think it is a trust issue and falling forward on my head. With Fiji’s instruction these poses are doable, plus the creative flow and poses leading up to these arm balances really help one get prepared!! Thanks Fiji for another great day in the series. I found this routine challenging but I felt more confident that I can eventually get into some of the more arm centric poses. I've always struggled with those more than other poses! Fiji does such an amazing job of describing the poses and guiding the students through them. I decided to do this challenge simply because it meant 14-days of not needing to decide on my routine each morning, but I'm so glad I did. The challenge is pushing me to recognize my limits and where I can push against them safely.

My new favorite class! Oh my gosh! This class left me feeling so incredibly wonderful and full of energy! I love all of the flows and I love the great variety of poses that Fiji gives us. The ending the poses were phenomenal as well! I did the 14 day challenge over year ago and I don’t remember this class-which is very weird. I love it now and plan on doing it often . Thanks for putting it in your new get strong challenge, so that I was able to revisit it and truly appreciate it! Thanks again for all you do for the world of yoga!
A nice mix of balance and strength - firefly and crow poses are included, and modifications offered. Good pace. I really enjoyed the creative flows in the first start of the practice. Thank !

I have lost track of how many times I have done this challenge. This time through, I am doing it after a sacroiliac joint injury :( Spent a week not even able to stand or sit. Now, a month post injury, what a blessing to be working carefully to rebuild my strength. So thankful for the variety of practices available on this website. Doing some of the beginner level practices really helped relieve pain and work gently on rehabbing.
Fiji, this is my second run through in January, I have been battling a virus, but still building strength! Strength comes in mysterious ways, the ability to lift both feet off the floor in crow at least for a second. Thank you for your excellent coaching, you truly inspire me to risk falling over and try. Thank you!

I am recovering from an intense canoeing session last weekend, and the beautiful poses in this session really helped my shoulders stretch out and find their stability. Great class!

This was such a wonderful class. I had never seen some of these poses before, and seeing where they could take me via Fiji's guidance was pretty inspiring. This is a class I would come back to again and again. It is challenging with sections of really beautiful flowing vinyasa. I felt the heat inside my body and at the end I felt a sense of achievement because I smelt quite bad. :) Today you helped me work my body and extend myself. Thank you for that. I am always very grateful for your classes.

I've been practicing Fiji's 14 day challenge on consecutive days, but thought I'd best save this class to the weekend when I had enough time. I'm so glad that I did as it's been an excellent start to my Saturday. I couldn't get into all of the poses (Fiji, how do you make it look so effortless?!) but that was part of the fun - the challenge of trying new poses with progression to be expected over time. Thank you.
I just started the challenge, and wow, I LOVED this class. I did it this morning and I am planning on doing it again tonight, just because I liked it so much. I am struggling a bit with sore shoulders and always looking for new stretches to make them feel better. This class taught me a new stretch for my deltoids (the one where you lie on your belly with one arm going across), which will definitely be a regular in my practice. Thank you!
