14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Five
This class focuses on strength and balance. Fiji's strong vinyasa flow is peppered with power poses, foot balances and near the end, arm balance poses like firefly (tittibhasana). This one is very fun and you'll leave the mat feeling bright, strong and full of energy! Click here to go to Day Six.

What an enormously fun and rewarding class! There aren't many repetitions, which I personally love - the entire class kept me on my toes (and hands!). Fiji is an excellent teacher, and today I found myself able to do crow pose and firefly pose for the first time with relative ease. This class is definitely one that I'll be returning to when I want to waken up my arms and shoulders. A truly lovely experience.
Such a great class to gain stability in my shoulders. I was struggling with my balance in crow for the longest time, but after today's class was finally able to balance in it for a good 5 seconds !
