Great video, thank you so much! This is the first time I'm giving yoga a try! One question: How many times should I do this per week/day?

Hi there! Good question :) As a general rule, I think it's great to do yoga three times a week to start. Give that a shot and see how it feels!
Some days you may try a longer practice, other days you may like a shorter practice. Eventually it's nice to do a little something every day, even if that's simply sitting on your mat and taking five deep breaths.
No need to go overboard - and try a variety of practice to move in lots of different ways. This site is wonderful because you have so many choices. Keep us posted on how it goes!

This might be for fit beginners. I couldn't keep up and didn't have the strength or flexibility for most of the poses. I will have to wait on this until I get stronger. I have found that a routine that has more than 2 full sun salutations is not a good for true beginners. Even doing two is difficult when you are inflexible and have no upper body strength.

I suffer from rhumetoid pain and have started doing yoga to help me loose weight and strengthen my body. I have been doing your videos for 2 weeks now and am feeling so great, and can feel myself getting stronger. It helps relieve some of the pain. Thank you so much! :-)

That is amazing to hear!! Sometimes just consistently getting the hips open can make such a difference. So happy you're enjoying :)
