Perfect for any time of the day, this quick hatha yoga class has the right amount of strength and stretch while challenging your core and releasing so many of those tight muscles, all in less than 20 minutes! Rachel's guidance is effortless and clear, allowing you to focus more on what you are doing, rather than watching her. Enjoy!

I've been doing this every morning for a week and I love it!! The one thing that I love is that your voice is very clear! Do you have more videos? This is the prefect wake up in the morning before heading off to work :)

This is my first video on this site so not sure if they all follow the same layout but I feel like for a beginner video it moves a little quick. It's a great video and when I rewind and pause it's good but I feel it should be more in the novice category because you pretty much need to know the poses and how to breathe before she tell you what to do. I felt like I was playing catch up the whole time and couldn't focus on my proper breathing and stretch. All in all I enjoyed it need to learn my poses and I think I will enjoy it even better I just feel like the beginner classes could be a little slower.

Hi there! First of all, welcome to the site, so wonderful to have you here!

And thank you - that is such great feedback!

You're right: this class moves more like a flow class, which means that poses get linked together fairly quickly. While it's nice to have a quick 20 minute practice, flow can definitely feel quick. There are so many wonderful teachers here; I'm sure with some experimentation that you'll find a class that moves at a pace that feels really good. Thank you for sharing!
