Great reminder class!
I don't mind having beginner videos in the intermediate series. For starters, sometimes I don't know or remember every trick of yoga. Another reason is it's good to slow down and give the body some active rest. So, thanks team!
Good Shoulder routine. Great way to start a Monday
The tutorial itself is good. But it's not a class (so definitely not a full body experience), it's very short and it's a beginner class! Just feels like a weird transition on day 14 of an intermediate challenge to all of a sudden go back to something like this.
