Finally. I’ve struggled with something akin to Tennis Elbow for years, always aggravated by the push-up phase of vinyasa. Now I know why!!! Back to the fundamentals for me.
It's good to be reminded of shoulder postures in plank and chaturanga, because overtime I myself feel like I will go back to slouching the shoulders.
