Before the holidays, I'd consider this class a piece of cake. Now, I find my muscles shaking and my balance out of kilter. Thankfully, Fiji knew my body had gone through a yoga hiatus and offered a class that was gentle but just a touch challenging.

Great way to start the challenge. Fiji is one of my favorites. Her explanations of poses is so detailed you don't even need to look at the screen. Am a few days behind as I had a hyper extended knee that needed healing....Onto a new year

I really enjoyed this class, and thought it was a great intro into the DYWM January challenge! I was amazed, however, how even a short break from yoga ensured that the half moon pose was a definite challenge for me! A good reminder to keep your daily yoga practice.
