This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

Fantastic - i am relatively new to intermediate level and found this easy to follow with the slight adjustments I needed. 2019 is going to be a year full of ups and downs for me - but with the resilience from this practice I know i can handle anything!
