Yoga to Build Resilience - Shorter Class
This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

I love Fiji's classes! This one was an excellent way to start practicing afresh after a week of eating and doing nothing during the week of New Year holidays :)
