Yoga to Build Resilience - Shorter Class
This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

A great start to this challenge!
A great invigorating practice!
I liked how part of the practice was repeated as a more challenging sequence toward the end. The pace was just right for what my body and spirit needed today. I always prefer a long-ish savasana so went back to that pose for a few minutes after following through to the end. Thanks, Fiji!
