This is a great yin class. It would be perfect if she didn’t talk about other things during poses.

As a yoga teacher, especially teaching Yin, it's always hard to find that sweet spot with the perfect amount of talking. Some people love complete silence and others appreciate the teacher's voice to use as an anchor. I tried my best to find that balance - it won't always work for everyone :)

Wonderful class! If you could post the last quote near the end of class it would be greatly appreciated!

Dear DYWM, Please would you consider putting this one on youtube? Only sometimes I can only get the classes on youtube and this is in my opinion the best yin class on the site, I'd love to do it every day for a while!

I don't think I had done this practice before, and I have not done a yin practice for at least two weeks-a month. This practice
was exactly what I needed on the first day of my cycle, after having an intensely emotional last few days. All the quotes, meditations, and poetry Anastasia recites throughout were nice little grounding reminders. This was also a good reminder for myself to make more time for yin yoga!

Thank you, Anastasia, for this great yin class. The positions are basic but very well chosen, stretching all your body. The explanations are clear and calm, which helps concentrating. I liked the emphasis in pranayama.

Sometimes I have a hard time turning my brain off, or at least down to a whisper, and this class really did it. I am relaxed, re-energized, calm and feel wonderful.

Thank you for this wonderful class. I am wondering if you have any suggestions for accommodations for the knees? Thank you!
