I had the same issue with the other yin yoga class. I get to a certain point in the class and the it jumps to the end. The response I got was that these downloads are designed for high speed internet. Well mine is high speed, and I am still having troubles with it. I then try to advance the position of the selection arrow on the time of the class and it just jumps back to the beginning. Is there any way the glitch can be fixed? Please feel free to contact me if my description seems difficult to understand. I had a hard time trying to articulate exactly what was happening.

Nice basic yin class. I enjoyed the quotes - a nice touch. I found the transitions and counterposes too quick to enjoy the lovely benefits of these long-held asanas and had to pause the video quite often. A nice relaxing class on this Sunday evening. Thank you!

hi Trish,
Thanks for the feedback. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes in a Yin class - beyond that we would consider it a deep yin class and definitely not for beginners. Glad you found a way to make it work for yourself!

This class has all my favorite yin postures. I loved it! I particularly loved the poem you shared By Swami Kripalu:

My beloved child, break your heart no longer.
Each time you judge yourself, you break your own heart.
You stop feeding on the love, which is the wellspring of your vitality.
The time has come. Your time. To live. To celebrate,
and to see the goodness that you are…

I love Yin Yoga and I gained so much from the breathing today in this class. Because the poses are held for a longer time, one can really get into the breath work and feel that wondrous place where it's just you and your breath. Beautiful!

Very relaxing and great for yoga newcomers. It was a great way to end the day when I needed a massage but couldn't go for one. Doing this session was very very relaxing. Perfect way to wind down.
