This was a beautiful class, and it is good to know that the long stretches are helping to release chi. I loved the poem by Bapuji. It was very moving.

This was wonderful! My husband always tells me I live too much in the yang, and that it would be good for my mind to get into the yin state much more often. I tend to do yoga with more movement, but I think style might turn out to be one of my favorites. Thank you!

Great class ! For people who can't stop thinking all the time, who have difficulty to let go, who need to rest for real or to feel more conscious. I love it !
