Dear Tracy, Thank you for this wonder-full, healing flow. It has such a lovely pace with space for letting go.

My right wrist does not respond well to bow pose though the rest of my self loves it. My wrist is exhibiting pain when I come out of the pose. Do you have any suggestions? Much love and gratitude to you(all)!!

Hi Ruth, Thank-you for your question about the wrists. In my experience wrist pain following a posture, usually means there is something misplaced inside the shape. I would suggest warming the body, and taking a little extra care of the wrists with some simple wrist stretches, and even variations of flipping the hands upside down to stretch the forearms a little. Core is also very beneficial to take pressure off of the wrists and direct it toward stronger areas in our body. Finally inside bow pose itself, you could try a strap and warp it around your ankles and use your hands on the strap instead, to decrease the pressure or even the wrist rotation. I hope that helps, and keep practicing. Om Namaste

I've done this class before but not for quite a while, it was exactly what I needed, returning home from a long trip. Calming and energising in equal measure, challenging but not exhausting. Thank you so much!

Commenting again to remind myself about this practice: Some challenging asana transitions but offered at a pace that allows for grace and breath. Excellent hamstring and hip stretches. Perfect cueing (as always) by Tracey. I would categorize this as "advance intermediate" - no pose was off-limits to me. Thanks, DYWM - I am a happy subscriber!

I know that people experience betrayal and heartbreak every single day, and yet - how does anyone manage to keep going after feeling like this? I can't begin to tell you what medicine this was for me; you struck so many chords throughout the practice. At one time you discussed the release of anger and resentment, at another you mentioned letting in new opportunities. That final, delicious, incredible reclined twist at the very end felt phenomenal and exactly right, flooded me with relief, and put a smile on my face. I feel whole, and strong.

It really is one of the more incredible things in this world that you are able to share your gifts on such a grand scale. We are all so tremendously fortunate. Thank you so much, Tracey.
