If you are looking for a power yoga class that is really hard, but in a good way, do this one. Tracey takes you through a really fun flow that keeps you on your toes, mixed with deep stretches for the hip flexors (thighs), hamstrings, lower back and groin, along with poses with arm binds and lots of foot balances. You will love this class!

If I could only do one DYWM class for the rest of my life, this would be it ! I probably come back to this class 3-4 times per month, because it just makes my body feel so good. Tracy does such an amazing job guiding you through the poses that you never want this class to end. Thank you for another beautiful and healing practice :)

This practice is perfect. It's nurturing, yet challenging. Tracy guides you through openings in so many parts of the body, that you can't help but shift your perspective and feel revitalized after this class. More Tracy classes please!!!

One of my all-time favourite class! Thank you again Tracey for such a beautiful and positive energy. This class is worth trying if you've been following intermediate sessions for a while. It will be challenging just enough... but extremely rewarding. Enjoy!

This was the most perfectly balanced, well-rounded vinyasa class I have ever taken - and I've taken tons! She choreographed front-to-back-to-sides-to innerthigh stretching and strengthening poses equally. This was truly therapeutic yoga!

I am 53-year old martial arts instructor and have been practicing yoga with the help of this great website and your fabulous instruction for about a year now. I just inadvertently popped into a bridge pose for the first time since I was about 10 years old. You should have seen the surprise and smile on my face! I had no idea this was going to happen! Namaste!

thank you for this class..specially for the "verbal dressing" of it. In those hard times it's good to know how to put words into actions and the opposite way round, we really miss that. Namaste

A welcome challenge that left me feeling open and serene. Tracy weaves together asanas and words that inspire a renewal of the body, mind and spirit. What a wonderful way to start the day!

It was very nice and "juicy" for sure! Thank you! I expected it to be a little tougher though, with crow pose or some other arm balances.
