If you are looking for a power yoga class that is really hard, but in a good way, do this one. Tracey takes you through a really fun flow that keeps you on your toes, mixed with deep stretches for the hip flexors (thighs), hamstrings, lower back and groin, along with poses with arm binds and lots of foot balances. You will love this class!

Please dont let the gumbie stretch scare you off. This is a great class for strength and stretching. I did most of the poses , adjusted a few to my level and now feel renewed to begin my afternoon.
Thanks so much .......... lovelove

I'm glad you left a comment! I almost didn't do this one because of the gumbie pose above but i'm going to give it a try!

We've changed the thumbnail to something less intimidating: a downward dog. The "gumbie" pose is an extra stretchy thing that Tracey does, which you don't need to be able to do to enjoy this class. :)
