Working with Transition and Change
If you are looking for a power yoga class that is really hard, but in a good way, do this one. Tracey takes you through a really fun flow that keeps you on your toes, mixed with deep stretches for the hip flexors (thighs), hamstrings, lower back and groin, along with poses with arm binds and lots of foot balances. You will love this class!

A well rounded practice and invigorating. Advanced however Intermediate with modifications could do this practice.
Lovely music and Tracey is wonderful at guiding you through the poses and the theme.
I did this practice as the world is coping with coronavirus, and routines of daily life are constantly changing. I loved your words of wisdom of guidance as much as the flow you created for our bodies. Thank you for this stabilizing practice, for the reminder that change is always changing. This felt so wonderful, and the time just flew by. Even though I'm not dealing with much transitions or change at the present time, this practice helped in some ways to process change/transitions that I perhaps had not had the chance to think about. Much needed.
Wow, this was a tough but really rewarding class! I enjoyed it so much I am already looking forward to doing it again... It was also my first advanced class so I feel chuffed that I could complete it. Thank you Tracey: your classes are amazing!
